Installation instruction.
I. Preparation wall surfaces:
All surfaces must be clean ,dry,free from grease,dust and loose
particies. It is also recommended to prime the wall.
II. Tracing baselines:
On the previously preparing surfaces to trace baseline using
the pencil and the painting rope.
III. Installing mouldings:
It is recommended to stabilize mouldings to room temperature
for about 24 hours before installing.
Apply
the glue on edges of the moulding.
- Apply the DETAFLEX 4000 adhesive on the back of the
moulding in places where it meets with the wall and ceiling.
- Fasten the moulding in place with nail-gun or use screws
through the moulding into the wall.
- Fill the joins,screw holes,gaps along the wall and ceiling
and wipe off the excess adhesive with the wet sponge.
After
the adhesive has cured using fine sending paper and paint
mouldings.
IV. Painting:
Mouldings can be decorate with high quality white or color paints.
